For a long period  of time, the demand for oilless bearing has been rapidly increasing to meet the industrial requirements for energy and labor cost reductions.

Quickly responding to this trend, YAMADA started its innovative development on oilless bearings which resulted in an assortment of economical self-lubricating bearings. Oil containing, cast iron bearings (YAMADA300) became available for the first time in the world, replacing conventional solid bronze bearings which require frequent oil lubrication. Elimination of oiling devices, machining of oil holes and oil grooves                                    Cost required for oiling devices, including installation and labor costs for machining oil holes and oil grooves or for associated piping installation, can be eliminated, enabling considerable cost reductions.

Reduction in running costs                                A tremendous amount of lubricant oil is usually consumed in a machine shop.
