The square flange type linear bearing mainly consists of sleeve, ball, seal, nylon cage and square flange. Among them, the flange plays a fixing role. During installation, the coordinated equipment should have high bore accuracy.

The KH series compact type linear bearing comes with no seals, double seals and single seal types.

KM series consist of linear guideway unit and ball screw unit. For saving space, PMI combine the carriage of linear guideway and nut of ball screw to a integral Carriage-Nut. The carriage-nut cooperate with the U rail designed for high rigidity to achieve the high rigidity and high accuracy in the minimal space, especially to saving time of installation.Moreover, the design of two rows with Gothic-arch groove and contact angle of 45°can bear four directional loading.

The round flange mount linear bearing is equipped with a round flange which is stably mounted on the outer ring for fastening. As for the installation of this product, the coupled equipment should achieve a high surface accuracy of inner bore. The product can run stably and quietly with little friction and high precision. In addition, it can also be easily replaced, which brings convenience for the user.

High load and high moment capacityThe ST Miniature Stroke Slide series is designed with two rows of balls. The ball track has a Gothic profile design with a 45 degree contact angle to achieve equal load capacity in a mono block. This provides more space for the larger rolling elements while enhancing the load and moment capacity.

Dual plate Design
The ST Miniature Stroke Slide series adopts a pair of end plates into the design. Both the center rail and bearing block sides have a plate installed that prevents the linear guide from over-stroking.

The steel balls of the ST Miniature Stroke Slide series roll on the rail without recirculation, resulting in excellent running behavior, smoothness, low friction, and high accuracy without vibration.
